These small dense sponges work great for stenciling. Easy to wash and store. Regular foam sponges have large 'pores' and tend to soak up too much paint for stenciling; these sponges have finer pores making it easier to control the paint and help prevent "bleeding". Be sure to "dab" off the paint onto a paper towel first before stenciling; to achieve a light coat.
I loved doing this one! The pieces were big g enough that I felt comfortable painting them. My only question was how to add the feather lines and one of my WallCutz buddies gave me a suggestion!
This family owned company does high quality, reasonable priced stencils. I’ve always have been more than satisfied with the items I order! I highly recommend Wallcutz!
